Hamilton Garces, who enlisted in the Marines when he was only 20 years old, opens up about his struggle with PTSD following a deployment to Afghanistan. Hamilton, who was injured in an ambush by the Taliban, credits much of his recovery to his service dog, Akeelah. You can read more about Hamilton and his story here.
